The RCMP has charged Kirk Kenneth Allarie, 42, Myles Malcolm Allarie, 38, and Billy Jay Lynxleg, 46, with second-degree murder and indignity to human remains. All three men were arrested at their homes between October 14 and 16 without incident and are currently in custody awaiting future court dates. Notably, Melinda knew all three accused, with Billy Jay Lynxleg being a close family relation.
